Terms and Conditions

Clear information for using this site.

Last updated · August 2026

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of this website and the digital channels associated with Zoraida Zapata · Arquitectura de Interiores, including the contact form, email and WhatsApp messaging.

Their purpose is to transparently explain how the site works, what you can expect when requesting information, and at what point the engagement of an interior design project becomes formalized.

01

Acceptance of the terms

Accessing and browsing this website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the site or its associated digital channels.

These terms are complemented by the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of the site's conditions of use.

02

Purpose and use of the website

This site is intended to present the professional work of Zoraida Zapata · Arquitectura de Interiores, showcase its services, and facilitate contact with people interested in developing a project.

By using the site you agree to do so lawfully and respectfully, and not to:

  • Interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to access non-public areas.
  • Use automated systems to extract content on a massive scale.
  • Submit false, misleading information or impersonate a third party.
  • Reproduce or commercially exploit the content without prior authorization.

03

Information and content on the site

The texts, photographs and editorial content published are informational in nature and seek to communicate the approach, background and type of projects developed.

The information is reviewed with care, although it may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. The content of the site does not constitute technical or legal advice, nor a specific professional recommendation for a particular case.

04

Information requests and forms

The site provides a short form for requesting information about a project. By using it you agree to provide truthful information and to complete only the fields you consider relevant.

Submitting the form generates a contact request that will be attended to within a reasonable period based on the studio's availability. We do not guarantee an immediate response or the acceptance of every request received.

The processing of the information you share is governed by this site's privacy policy.

05

Contact via WhatsApp

The site includes links that open a WhatsApp conversation to facilitate initial contact. That channel is used to handle initial inquiries, provide guidance on services and coordinate meetings.

WhatsApp is a service operated by a third party, and its availability, operation and terms do not depend on us. Conversations held through that channel are informational and preliminary in nature.

06

Interior architecture and interior design services

Professional services may include, depending on the case, interior design, space planning, selection of materials, furniture and finishes, custom furniture design, coordination with suppliers and specialists, as well as support during execution.

The specific scope of each service is defined on a project-by-project basis, based on the characteristics of the property, the client's objectives and the conditions agreed in writing.

The description of services published on the site is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer.

07

Initial consultations and meetings

Before any proposal, there is usually an initial conversation to get to know the space, understand expectations and assess the feasibility of the project. It may take place remotely or in person.

The comments, ideas or references exchanged during that stage are exploratory in nature and do not imply the start of work, the reservation of a schedule slot, or the definitive determination of scope or fees.

When a consultation or visit involves a cost, it will be clearly disclosed before it is scheduled.

08

Proposals and quotations

Proposals and quotations are prepared individually, based on the information provided by the client and the conditions observed in the space.

Every quotation has a set validity period. Prices for furniture, materials, finishes and third-party services may vary for reasons beyond the studio's control, such as price list changes, availability, import lead times or exchange rates.

If the initial information changes or the scope is expanded, the proposal may be adjusted after communicating with the client.

09

Engaging our services

We want this point to be especially clear, for the benefit of both parties. None of the following acts, by itself, constitutes the engagement of professional services:

  • Submitting the site's form.
  • Requesting information about the services.
  • Writing via WhatsApp, email or social media.
  • Requesting or holding an initial consultation or meeting.
  • Exchanging preliminary information, references or materials.

The engagement of a project is subject to the acceptance of a proposal, quotation, contract or equivalent instrument, and to compliance with the conditions established therein, including any agreed deposits or payment terms.

Until such acceptance exists, any prior conversation is considered exploratory and does not create obligations to perform work for either party.

10

Scope, timelines, fees and deliverables

Every project is different. For that reason, the scope, deliverables, number of revisions, stages, schedule and fees are specifically defined in the corresponding proposal or contract.

Execution timelines

The timelines indicated are estimates based on normal working conditions. They may be affected by external factors such as manufacturing or delivery times from suppliers, imports, permits, construction work carried out by third parties, or delays in the client's approval of information.

Changes during the project

Modifications requested outside the agreed scope, as well as additional revisions, may involve adjustments to timelines and fees, which will be communicated before being carried out.

11

Information provided by the user

The development of a proposal depends largely on the accuracy of the information received. By sharing details about your space and your needs, you represent that they are truthful and that you are authorized to provide them.

We assume no liability for design decisions based on incomplete, inaccurate or outdated information provided by the client or by third parties on the client's behalf.

12

Photographs, plans, references and documentation

If you share photographs, floor plans, surveys, reference images or any other material, it will be used solely to analyze and develop your project, and will be treated confidentially.

By sending it you represent that you hold the necessary rights or authorizations. In the event of third-party claims arising from the material provided, responsibility shall rest with whoever shared it.

13

The photographs published illustrate completed projects or in-house developments. The results shown correspond to the particular conditions of each space, budget and context, and should not be interpreted as a promise of an identical outcome.

17

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we assume no liability for damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the site, from the interpretation of its informational content, or from decisions made based on preliminary information exchanged before the formal engagement of a project.

Nor are we liable for work, supplies or services performed by third parties who have not been engaged or coordinated by us, or for modifications made to a project without our involvement.

The foregoing does not limit the obligations expressly assumed in the proposal or contract of each project.

18

Amendments to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes in the site, in the services, or in applicable regulations.

The version in force will always be the one published on this page, together with its last-updated date. Use of the site after a change has been published implies acceptance of the updated version.

19

Governing law

For the interpretation or enforcement thereof, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [CITY AND STATE OF JURISDICTION], waiving any other venue that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
